New Yorker Hotel
On my first trip to NYC, I stayed in a hotel across the street from the New Yorker in midtown. The New York is a super elegant art deco hotel that is now part of the tragic Wyndham chain. They even rent rooms out as dorms to college students. I’m sure it is a great hotel.
I’m lucky that I asked for a view because this is probably the best you can get in midtown and it really gave me that old school NYC feel.
I’m Not Organized Enough For This
My office will never be this clean. I think the desks date back to the Coast Guard using the Ellis Island hospital but I’m not sure. It was cold that day and I was too busy looking elegant in my knockoff Calvin Klein jacket to remember the story.
